What are Restorative Principles?
Repair, respect, and responsibility are examples of shared principles that are integral to restorative and transformative practices. These practices prioritize the needs of all parties involved and promote inclusion, connection, learning, and accountability by fostering empathy, respect, and mutual understanding.
We combine best practices in human resources with restorative and transformative principles, mindfulness, and interventions to dismantle implicit bias.
What is Traditional Peacemaking?
The Indigenous Peacemaking Initiative defines it simply as "a process designed to get people talking and work through conflict".
There's no shame in showing emotion, every participant is given the same space and respect to express their truth. We work together as a group to repair any harms and create action steps to achieve goals.
What is Implicit Bias?
Implicit Bias refers to prejudice, stereotypes, or a "bad attitude" towards something or someone that may not be a conscious choice.
All live events & training are offered in person, virtual, or hybrid.
