Circle Pulse™ delivers professional learning & development. We designed our training to achieve connection, trust and healing while creatively dismantling implicit bias. We offer both Restorative Practices and traditional Peacemaking.
What are Restorative Practices?
Restorative practices are needs based, community driven approaches that promote inclusion, connection, learning, and accountability. Training includes talking circles, listening exercises, mindfulness and intention setting.
What is Active Listening?
Active listening is a restorative process that requires the listener to focus on the speaker without interruption. The technique includes listening, reflecting, responding and deeper understanding.
Due to Covid 19 all of our live circles will be moved online while we design programs for Spring/Summer 2021.
HEART
(härt)
(härt)
In the circle process we ask that you "lead with your heart" and allow yourself to be vulnerable; observe and share.
INTUITION
(ɪntjʊˈɪʃən)
"Learning to trust your instincts, using your intuitive sense of what's best for you, is paramount for any lasting success. I've trusted the still, small voice of intuition my entire life and the only time I've made a mistake is when I didn't listen."
-Oprah Winfrey
